OPEN A TICKET

Go to the Mechyz | Order category and open a ticket in the #order-here chat. After that, navigate to your private ticket under the same category.

PROVIDE DETAILS

In your ticket, share details like:
Keyboard Size | Layout | Theme | Colors | Your Budget

Providing this information will help us speed up the process.

CONSULTATION 

We will respond to your ticket and schedule a Discord call to finalize your order. During the call, we will discuss the parts, process, and pricing. After the call, you’ll receive your first invoice.

Important: Keep your notifications on! All updates, including part arrivals and progress, will be posted in your ticket.

BUILD SCHEDULE

Once all parts have arrived, we’ll notify you about when we will begin your build based on the queue schedule.

 

FINALIZATION

Once your keyboard is built, we’ll request your shipping details and send the second invoice for shipping fees and UAE custom duties.

 

SHIPPING
After both invoices are paid, your keyboard will be shipped to you.
