Submit a Ticket
Open a ticket in our Discord server. Provide details about your order, including keyboard size, desired parts (if known), theme, and budget. This helps us speed up the process.
​Consultation
We’ll schedule a call to discuss your order. During the call, we’ll explain parts, ordering, and pricing. Costs vary depending on build complexity and parts.

Build Updates
We’ll keep you updated on the status of your parts and your place in the build queue. Note that delays may occur depending on shipment statuses.

Inspection
Once all parts are received, we’ll build your keyboard. If any parts arrive damaged, have scratches, or if the PCB is not functioning, we’ll notify you immediately.

Invoicing
You’ll receive two invoices
- The first after our initial meeting, covering parts and service fees.
- The second after the build is completed, covering UAE custom duties and shipping costs + insurance.
​Using Your Own Parts
If you already have parts and want to use our services, please include at least two extra switches with your shipment to cover any defects or issues.

If you request a themed or bespoke keyboard, our collaborators will provide an invoice for these specialized services.
